2. BUZAFILL
BUZAFILL is a granulated material based on chromite sand and silice. Specially designe to fill the nozzle of the steel work ladles and lounders.
BUZAFILL is specially designed to avoid the obturation of the nozzle while the ladle and/or the launder is full of steel.
The type of most suitable BUZAFILL would be decided in order to the vessel and the maintenacde time of the steel on it.
3. EBT filling Mass
The BOTALITE is a ganulated material to fill the E.B.T. based on olivine. The olivine is a magnesium silicate. Cause to the lack of flambles and its good desity/stability relation, it does not require any kind of preheating before using.
The BOTADUNis a ganulated material to fill the E.B.T. based on dunite. The dunite is a magnesium silicate
Both materials are designed to be used as EBT and OBT taping hole filing materials
4. Deltas - Economizators
INSERTEC manufactures dome centers for EAF in pre cast shapes with high solicitations in ultralow cement content castable, DELTARRI.
Traditionaly this domes are lined with 80% Al2O3 refractory bricks and finished by castables or alumina plastic masses, with or without Cr2O3.
Compairing to the previous concept, the domes made in precast shapes has these advantajes:
- Less numbers of stops in the process.
- Longer life againts traditional lining.
- Delivery of piece ready to use.
- Minimun instalation time.
