The special quality steel aloys asks the use of isostatic pressed refractory pieces from which the steel flows to avoid the reoxidation of the steel in contact with the air and splashes from ladle to the solidification in the continuous casting.

The range of isostatic products that INSERTEC offers adds:
- Castins tube (LS) Between the Ladle and the Launder, are isostaticaly pressed pieces made following the needs of the customer made in one or various materials.
INSERTEC offers LS in differnt technologies:
- Pieces with and without preheating requirement.
- Pieces with and without argon injection.
- The argon injection can be made by channels or trough porous materials.

- Sumerged Nozzle (SEN) Between the launder and the mould, they are isostatic pressed pieces made following the needs of the customer made in one or various materials, designed to increase the resistence to the slag erosion.

- Manufacturing with or with out anti-clogging treatment.
- Reinforcement of the slag contact zone with materials rsistant to te corrosion.
