From June 1 to 4, our colleagues Jon Ander de Diego and Josebe Ponce, R&D and quality control technicians at INSERTEC, participated in the first edition of the course on the design, development, production, and quality control of refractory products, organized by ANFRE in collaboration with CEIT.
The course took place at CEIT’s facilities and laboratories in Ibaeta (Donostia-San Sebastian), and 15 technicians and specialists from more than 12 member companies had the opportunity to expand their knowledge by delving deeper into laboratory tools, equipment, and techniques related to their field of work. Additionally, they had the chance to exchange opinions, ideas, and experiences with both their peers and the specialized faculty, as well as with highly experienced professionals in the sector.
Our colleague Idoia Ibarretxe, Corporate Director of Technology and President of ANFRE, together with Beatriz Perez Polo from CEIT, presented the students with certificates of completion for the course.
The feedback on this first edition from organizers, instructors, and students has been so positive that there will certainly be future editions.
