High temperature, chemical attack, thermal shock, abrasion…: frit furnaces (continuous and rotary) require a lining that responds to a wide variety of attacks. Insertec has developed a range of monolithic refractory masses that meet all the requirements of this type of installation.
Continous furnaces
For application in Continous Frits Furnaces, alumina refractory concretes – Zirconium and / or mullite have been developed with:
- Great abrasion resistance.
- Great resistance to the chemical attack.
- Very high refractoriness.
