On June 25th, the closing visit of the FRIMEIM project took place. During the last 3 years, INSERTEC, in collaboration with CIDETEC, has worked both from the point of view of equipment and refractories in the development of plasma technologies for the fusion of ceramic frits.
This last visit concludes the project within the scope and objectives set at the beginning of the project and having overcome the challenges associated with the development of this new fusion technology and validating it both from the technical and economic point of view.
The new challenge that arises from now on will be associated with the industrialization and optimization of the fusion process.
