On November 20th, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of students from Peñascal Kooperatiba to our facilities as part of the Industria Erronka program. This initiative aims to bring the industrial reality of Bizkaia closer to young students currently training in technical fields. Its purpose is clear: to spark STEM vocations and showcase the potential of a sector that remains essential for the economic development of our region.

Throughout the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn first-hand about the activities we carry out at INSERTEC, both in the area of industrial furnaces and in the field of refractory materials. We explained how we design and manufacture efficient and sustainable solutions that address the challenges posed by the energy transition and the circular economy.

The visit included a guided tour of our facilities, where students were able to observe different work processes and speak with members of our technical team. This exchange was particularly enriching, as it allowed them to ask questions, learn about real industrial applications, and better understand the professional profiles currently in demand in the sector.

At INSERTEC, taking part in initiatives such as this is essential. Supporting education and young talent means helping to build a stronger, more innovative industry that is better prepared for the future. We firmly believe that direct contact with companies is a powerful tool for students to explore their career possibilities and find inspiration to become tomorrow’s professionals.
We would like to thank Peñascal Kooperatiba for their visit and interest, as well as Industria Erronka for promoting initiatives that effectively connect education with the industrial reality of our region. We hope that this experience was as inspiring for the students as it was for us to welcome them.
