Every great project begins with a need that we transform into equipment and, ultimately, into complete plants. These days, in our workshop, that transformation is taking shape.
One of the latest milestones is the progress in building a 120-ton Sidewell melting furnace for aluminium, a key component of a much more ambitious project.
This furnace is part of the CDM EcoUnit®, a combined decoating and melting system for post-consumer aluminium scrap. A solution designed to give aluminium a second life, reduce waste, and support the transition towards a more sustainable circular economy.
Behind this achievement lies the joint effort of engineers, welders, and technicians who turn drawings into reality, proving that innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. Construction is ongoing, and soon the full system will come to life. Today we celebrate this step forward, because every ton of aluminium recycled is not just metal recovered: it is energy saved, emissions reduced, and progress towards the future.
