This week we completed the sintering process of a 20-tonne induction furnace in Saudi Arabia, a key step in commissioning.
Why is sintering so critical?
In furnace linings, this process ensures that the refractory materials achieve the density and strength needed to withstand the extreme operating conditions: extremely high temperatures, thermal shock and continuous loading and unloading cycles. Poor sintering can result in premature failure, downtime and high costs.

This work requires not only technical precision, but also experience and care at every stage. From choosing the right refractory material to temperature control during sintering, every detail counts to ensure the durability and efficiency of the furnace.
